About
Tina Tyree is a process driven Healthcare IT executive who develops and leads high-performing teams and successfully delivers and oversees complex projects. A results oriented and passionate leader, her experience encompasses multiple domains including customer service, operations, program and project management, governance, process improvement and talent management. As the VP, Client Delivery Services, Tina is responsible for the delivery of federal projects, optimizing and scaling delivery services and solutions, and overseeing the PMO. Tina believes in a flexible quality framework that empowers teams to deliver high value while minimizing the burden of “compliance for compliance sake”.

Conference Track: CMMI Adoption – V2.0 Experiences
Understanding the CMMI 2.0 model, establishing and following a transition plan and creating an effective communication strategy that fosters enthusiastic buy in through relevant stakeholder engagement are key components to transition success. We intend to demonstrate our adoption and integration of the revised model into our framework that supports delivering scalable, repeatable processes that drive operational excellence. We leverage the CMMI as well as other methodologies to contribute to our Quality Management System (QMS). In support of this initiative at Digital Infuzion (DIFZ), we implemented a brand new Process Asset Library (PAL) coined “eQMS, Your PAL @DIFZ”.
