The Foundations of Capability course, taught by W.R. Systems, Ltd., an Engineering Services Company, with over 15 years of practical day-to-day practical experience using CMMI in engineering and service projects, provides a detailed overview of the concepts contained in CMMI and the business value that this model provides.  It includes high-level overviews of the CMMI Appraisal Methodology and how organizations can adopt CMMI. It comes bundled with the CMMI Associate Exam, one of the requirements for anyone who is going to participate in an appraisal as an Appraisal Team Member.
Our instructor brings over 20 years’ experience leading teams designing, developing and delivering hardware, software, and service solutions into the classroom. Over that same time period and longer, he has been an adjunct professor at a university, providing him extensive experience, teaching both in person and virtually.
