About Us

Wuhan Information Technology Outsourcing Service and Research Center (hereinafter referred as "the Center") which was established by Wuhan Municipal Service Outsourcing Leading Group in March, 2009, is the sole service outsourcing institution that was established by government departments in Wuhan. It is a public service and research institution that integrates scientific research, certification, offering consultation for government decisions and industrial development. In the year 2012, the Center was approved by the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Finance to be the “Wuhan Middle and Small Scale Enterprise Public Service Supporting Platform”. In the same year, the Platform was certificated by the Ministry of Science and Technology as the National CMMI Public Service Supporting Platform. The Platform has many domestic and foreign experts and is devoted to provide most authorized CMMI consulting, training and certification services for the Chinese enterprises.
