In the defense industry, it is becoming more and more important to manage the Projects according to process maturity models (CMMI V1.3, ISO15504, etc.) and quality certifications (ISO 9001, AS 9100, etc.) requirements. For this purpose, Aselsan Communication and Information (CIT) Sector developed an application during their CMMI v1.3 Level 3 certification processes to monitor their project's readiness level by customizing MS Team Foundation Server framework with TFS API and C# based DLL files. In this paper, the Project Tracking application is explained in details and sample project tracking findings are shared.
