Sensible Process, LLC, a licensed ISACA CMMI Partner, is offering the official Building Service Excellence course for students interested in learning how to apply the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) to a services-oriented organization with the CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC). This one-day training covers the services specific Practice Areas, handling the core Practice Areas, addressing habit and persistence, and matching evidence to Practice Areas like in appraisals. Students spend significant time exploring each CMMI Practice Area and hearing the different ways the model practices could be implemented. At the end of the class, students are able to demonstrate application of CMMI-SVC in an operational environment.

As the details of the model are presented, we insert various examples and “war stories” from actual implementations of CMMI-SVC.
