The 1-day "Building Development Excellence" course teaches you the fundamentals of implementing CMMI V2.0 for Development in your organization. The “Building Development Excellence” course is offered immediately following the 2-day “Foundations of Capability” course and immediately before the “Building Service Excellence” course. Together, these three courses provide a detailed view of the CMMI V2.0 model and the core and domain specific practice areas for the Development and the Services domains. Each participant will need a computer with a built-in camera and internet access.
