This Building Organizational Capability course is remotely facilitated and is tailored for VIP/MDDAP students. The course spans four days (M-Th), in order to fully support questions, discussions, and practical application in the medical device industry. Those interested in becoming an internal Appraisal Team Member or supporting a VIP/MDDAP appraisal are especially welcome to learn in a collaborative environment with others in their field. Becky Fitzgerald is both an Instructor and a Lead Appraiser, leading over 100 VIP/MDDAP appraisals, and many more appraisals spanning other industries.
