This course will teach you how to use the CMMI Model and the business value that can be gained by improving capability. By the end of the course, the student will be able to describe the components of CMMI and use the CMMI domains to assess, improve and sustain process capability. This course is composed of lectures and class exercise with time allotted for participant questions and discussion. The format of the course requires that students actively participate throughout the duration of the course without missing any class time. This course does not require any prerequisites.
