Operational Excellence is a state where every employee and every team understands how they contribute to the mission of their customer(s), and they take action to remove obstacles and barriers, without management interaction. A continuous improvement mindset, based on CMMI, as applied to an entire enterprise yields tremendous results. In this session, the Operational Excellence approach at CACI will be discussed, how CMMI was used to establish the approach will be explained, and results will be described in terms of customer and shareholder value.
