Implementing process improvement in any organization is a difficult challenge. It is especially challenging for small organizations of less than 10 full-time equivalents (FTEs) because of demands on their resources and juggling multiple issues of running the small organization. Guidance compiled for implementing a variety of methods for process improvement based on lessons learned from three small organizations.
