Ashwani Nandini heads Global Delivery Assurance for GlobalLogic. In her role, she is responsible for ensuring partner delight from engagement inception to closure, setting up frameworks to ensure predictable delivery at scale.

What is the Capability Challenge?
- The Capability Challenge competition showcases thought leaders from around the world who are improving their business performance by building organizational capability.
- The participants will present on a scheduled pre-recorded webinar to compete for the best CMMI success story. The selected finalists will join us at the Capability Counts 2019 conference on 30 April & 1 May in Reston, Virginia to present their story to 400+ conference attendees and compete for the title of Capability Challenge Champion!
What do Capability Challenge participants receive?
- You'll gain recognition among your peers with ongoing promotions through emails, social media, and visibility on the CMMI Institute website.
- The Challenge Champion receives a grand prize opportunity to be featured in a CMMI video case study promoting their story and free entry to our 2019 conference.
