SPEAKER PRESENTATION
Conference Track: Tutorial
In this presentation, we will talk about how a project can turn process performance data into a useful process performance model. The discussion will focus on an approach for creating and evaluating a baseline of data as well as on methods for determining what factors influence those baselines, and of those factors, what can actually be controlled by a project. Additionally, we will discuss the difference between a predictive model and a prescriptive model as it relates to process performance. Finally, we will share our lessons learned for creating, deploying, and maintaining a process performance model.
