SPEAKER PRESENTATION

Three Key Initiatives Unified by a Set of Common Processes

Conference Track: CMMI: One Size DOES Fit All

The challenge from Senior Leadership was quite simple – with minimal impact, integrate processes and tools from three active quality initiatives to achieve a goal of operational efficiency. With over 743 processes across three teams, five operational process sets, over 30 separate tools and compliance implications across multiple models and standards (i.e., CMMI, ISO 9001, AS9100), the journey proved to be quite a challenge. Learn how careful planning, much collaboration, and a lot of compromise created a solid set of common processes that are being utilized today.
