Note on COVID-19
ISACA’s top priority is the health and safety of our members, partners and staff. Given the escalating concerns related to the rapid spread of COVID-19, we have made the very difficult decision to postpone both our Partner Workshop and the Capability Counts 2020 Conference.
The Partner Workshop will be rescheduled in Q2 as a virtual meeting, and we will contact you as soon as we finalize those details. While we are disappointed that we won’t be able to see you in person next month, we look forward to having a great virtual meeting with you in the near future.
Regarding Capability Counts, you will receive a full refund of your registration fees. The refunds will be processed automatically—you do not need to contact us to receive one. This may take a bit of time given the volume of refunds, so please bear with us as we complete this process. In the meantime we will be investigating virtual options as a way to continue to connect collaborate and learn. Please continue to check ISACA’s Conferences Page for the most up-to-date information.
If you booked a room at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City through the conference block, there is no need to contact the hotel to cancel your reservation. We will take care of that for you. However, we do encourage you to contact your travel provider immediately. If you reserved a room outside of the conference block or if you wish to continue your travel for personal reasons, please reach out to the hotel immediately to cancel or confirm your arrangements.
