In addition to CMMI practices, other foundational standards also offer resources to guide improvement in order to elevate and optimize performance. In this presentation, we will examine how one company utilized ISO 9000 and ISO 20000 to on its road to a successful CMMI v1.3 appraisal for Services. With that context, we will look at how this company integrates ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, the PMBoKTM, ITIL®, and CMMI v2.x into an integrated performance improvement approach to service delivery excellence in the Government contractor space.
