CMMI Mentorship Program Requirements

This program is for our CMMI Community, so no matter if you are just getting started or you have a wealth of experience - you are all welcome to join. The purpose of launching this program is to help individuals network and either grow or share their knowledge with others in the CMMI world.

As a mentee or mentor, please provide us with as much information as you can about your background, expertise, and unique things that make you, you! Once you submit the form, we will review your submission ASAP and if the applicant is determined to meet all criteria, we will then match you with another individual based on the information provided.

Once a match has been determined, the following will happen:

ISACA will introduce the mentor and mentee to begin the mentorship relationship as well as provide additional information and guidelines to help frame the conversations.
Once the introduction takes place between the mentor and mentee, the relationship can proceed if both parties believe the match to be a good fit.
- If confirmed to be a good match, the mentor and mentee can proceed to begin the mentorship relationship.
- If one or both parties think it is not a good fit, ISACA will look for another match.

Please note that ISACA has the right to deny any application into the program or end a current match if we believe there is a violation as stated in our CMMI Code of Professional Conduct. Either party may also end the relationship at any time.
