Full Event Description
Building Service Excellence is a 1-day course that follows the prerequisite Foundations of Capability course. This is an introductory course that provides an overview of the services practices of the model. Attendees will use a set of learning objectives and “real world” exercises to gain an understanding of the services view and the business value that it provides. This course is conducted virtually via Zoom and all attendees must have audio and video capability for the duration of the class.

Refund Policy
If the class is canceled by KMS, any paid class fees will be fully refunded. If an attendee cancels his/her registration in writing no later than 7 days before the first day of class, KMS will charge a $50.00 processing fee and refund the remainder of the fees that were paid. No refund will be given if an attendee does not attend a class and/or does not give KMS a written cancellation notice at least 7 days before the first day of class. If an attendee cannot attend a class, substitutions are allowed if KMS is notified in writing at least 3 days before the first day of class.
