This course builds on from the other CMMI Building courses such as the “Building Organizational Capability” course, which tend to focus on the lower maturity levels (Levels 1 to 3). The High Maturity aspects of the model (Levels 4 and 5) bring statistical and other quantitative techniques to bear on the issue of process management and process optimization. This course will introduce these concepts and enable you to apply them within your organization to build competitive advantage by bolstering your capability with regard to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. This course is also a pre-requisite for students wishing to serve as an ATM on any High Maturity Appraisal and for those wishing to undertake more advanced CMMI training and certifications.

Please Note that you must have successfully completed either the Building Organizational Capability course, or the Foundations of Capability course and at least one of the Building Sevrice Excellence of Building Development Excellence courses before attending this course.
