Building Service Excellence
The Building Service Excellence course follows on from the introductory “Foundations of Capability” course. In this highly intereactive course, you will learn how the CMMI can be used to build capability in the area of service delivery and management. The course will show how the core material introduced in the Foundations course can be interpreted for service delivery activities and introduces additional model content specifically targeted at the Services Domain.
The course is delivered through a combination of exercises, lectures and class discussions where model content is explored through shared experiences and real-world examples from both your instructor and your fellow students.
In conjunction with the CMMI Associate Certificate, completion of this course will enable you to participate as an
Appraisal Team Member (ATM) on appraisals looking at the Services Domain.
