The Building Service Excellence course, taught by W.R. Systems, Ltd., an Engineering Services Company, with over 15 years of experience using CMMI in engineering and service management/service delivery projects, builds on the Foundations course. It provides instruction on how to use CMMI Service to build capability in providing service management and service delivery through a detailed view of the domain’s practice areas. It is geared to individuals/teams who are interested in improving business performance and who want to effectively assess, improve, and sustain process capability. Successful completion of this course, along with the Foundations of Capability course and the CMMI Associate exam allows the individual to participate as a CMMI-SVC Appraisal Team Member.
