This is an introductory level course suitable for people from any background who are new to CMMI. No prior knowledge or experience is necessary.
This course prepares you for the new CMMI Practitioner Certification exam, which is a pre-requisite if you wish to serve as an appraisal team member looking at any of the CMMI special interest domains.
This course is also the only currently accepted path to follow if you wish to go on to take any more advanced CMMI training options.

Refund Policy
If circumstances change and it is necessary for you to withdraw from a course you have booked, we would first give you the option to transfer onto a different course or date. However, if that is not possible we will offer a refund subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 1 month from course commencement – full refund
- Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks from course start – 80% refund
- Cancellation within 2 weeks of course commencement – no refund
- Failure to attend or complete a training event – no refund
Should it become necessary for us to cancel a course for any reason, all fees paid will be refunded or students will be offered an alternative date.
