This 1-day course is designed to be taken after the Foundations of Capability course is completed. In this 1-day class, participants will use the CMMI Development view to understand how to build an organization’s capability in engineering and delivering products. In addition, participants will learn how to use the CMMI Development view of the model in order to effectively assess, improve, and sustain process capability and performance.
