About Us

Norman is an active CMMI Institute-Certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser and Instructor. Prior to 2000 when he began as an independent consultant, Norm worked 25 years with BellSouth Telecommunications. At BellSouth, he began his career as an applications programmer. He also worked as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), an IT Financial Analyst, and as an internal consultant, where he led application development teams through the entire systems development life cycle. Norman has participated on or led more than 400 appraisals. This includes appraisals in more than 50 companies and many appraisals at Maturity Level 5.
