Measures Technology LLC. （short for Measures Technology）, founded in 2007, has established branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Jinan, and has maintained excellent cooperative relationships with the international communities like CMMI Institute, COSMIC and etc. Since the beginning of establishment, Measures Technology has summarized four concepts for improvement from previous practice.  Balance agile and discipline  Equal focus on humans, technology and process  Effectiveness is higher than certificates  Process improvement method is higher than referenced improvement model Currently, these four concepts have been widely accepted by the industry and have been incorporated into the management strategy into hundreds of software companies.
