The STSC provides hands-on assistance in helping federal government organizations improve their performance. We have coached, instructed, and appraised small and large organizations in improving the way they do their work – software and hardware. These efforts have helped organizations improve product quality, on-time delivery, production efficiency and predictability. We have guided organizations on improving processes, methods, techniques, and tools that enhance their capability leading to improved performance. Our staff is certified to teach Foundations of Capability, Building Development Excellence, and Building Service Excellence; and assess organizations on their alignment with CMMI systems and software engineering practices. Engaging our internal consultants is easy for other U. S. government organizations.
