Matthew Travis is the first chief executive officer of The Cyber AB overseeing all CMMC accreditation and CMMC Ecosystem operations in support of the Department of War.

Previously, Travis served as the first deputy director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the nation’s leading civilian cybersecurity agency managing cybersecurity, infrastructure protections, and emergency communications. Additionally, he was deputy undersecretary for national protection within the Department of Homeland Security and served in the White House.

A former naval officer, Travis is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a master’s degree in national security studies from Georgetown University. He has appeared on CNN and MSNBC.
