Building Artificial Intelligence Maturity (BAIM)
A one-day course for CMMI Practitioners supporting organizational AI initiatives using CMMI.

Apply AI best practices across CMMI domains to improve performance and capability.
Identify and address business, social, environmental, and ethical AI risks, challenges, and impacts.
A one-day course for CMMI Lead Appraisers evaluating and advancing organizational AI maturity. To participate, you must also take the BAIM course on Monday, be certified in all CMMI domains and submit the AIM Lead Appraiser application. Conference trainees will receive a temporary BAIM exam timing exception.
LEARN HOW TO:
Assess AI maturity to improve and sustain performance and capability improvements across AI initiatives.
Plan and conduct AI-focused appraisals using the Method Definition Document (MDD) and AI Toolkit.
