About
Cathy Henderson has over 25 years’ experience in business and process improvement consulting, and has been a Senior Consultant with Broadsword since 2007. As a ScrumMaster and CMMI process improvement specialist, she helps clients become even greater using AgileCMMI, Process Quality Assurance, and Value-based Measurement.
Cathy has presented at the CMMI Institute’s Capability Counts conference in 2016 and 2017, and was a featured speaker at the 2017 Agile Leadership Summit. She has also developed and delivered the “Process and Product Quality Debunked” webinar.
Cathy hails from the Detroit area and spends most of her free time driving and cheering on her 13 year old at many baseball, basketball, and soccer games.
