Conference Track: Organizational Transformation and Improvement
A user story: As an agile leader, I want to transform our work environment so that we can apply the guidance of CMMI to improve capability, performance and profitability; support agile values, like Focus, Collaboration, Humor, and Openness; promote recruitment, retention, creativity, and quality of life; encourage Boomers, GenX-ers and Millennials to co-exist and create in harmony; integrate remote team members with co-located teams; and provide a fun and flexible space to change the world.
This session will introduce agile leaders to a model for any organization to build capability by transforming the spaces where they perform and create!
