Conference Track: Innovative Approaches with CMMI
Introduce an innovative approach for performing software quality audits in an Atlassian-based agile software development environment and discuss expansion of the approach to address company-wide audits. With this approach, organizations using Jira and Xray can plan and perform quality audits against multiple projects while making key audit information available to all appropriate personnel. Auditors can effortlessly create, track, and manage upcoming audits while managers can review Quality dashboards to understand strengths and weaknesses identified during audits. An integrated closed-loop correction action process ensures that all audit issues are resolved.
