About
Brad Bernard is the Deputy Chief Avionics Engineer for the F-22 Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB. In this role he leads the F-22 Modernization team to prioritize capability development, communicate requirements, resolve integration issues, and verify capability development. He also serves as a Lean Agile coach for the government team in their Agile transformation. Focusing on team organization, embedded system development, test, and changing culture, Brad had postured the F-22 to maintain its air dominance.
