Bradley Bittorf manages CMMI at Raytheon Missile Systems. He guides organizational and process initiatives and provides “organizational memory” based on his 20 years there.

Brad has worked with various lead appraisers on many appraisal teams. As a Certified CMMI Professional, he mentors diverse suppliers in CMMI.

Past roles included systems and software engineering, quality, process deployment, and compliance, on aerospace, automation control, and pioneer mobile phone projects.

Brad geocaches, judges science fairs, volunteers for the El Tour de Tucson bicycle event, and plays vintage base ball (using 1864 rules!). He remains, as a friend once declared, “Very patriotic about Wisconsin".
