Gabriela Da Cunha is leading the Global CMMI Program for IBM, with 20+ years of professional experience and more than 10 years of international experience as program manager, senior consultant, and CMMI HM Lead Appraiser. She has strong project management and people management skills, with experience in both corporate system development and process improvement projects. She has lead multi-disciplinary and multi-country teams and managed human, technical and financial components.
