Naveen Jayaraju is the Performance Improvement Lead of HiTech Solutions Unit (ISU) at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Limited. In his role, he is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the unit, mentor and execute improvement projects and provide support to management to deliver value to TCS clients. Naveen has been part of software industry for 10 years. He is part of Delivery Excellence Group and in previous roles, he has also worked on improving Project Management Competency for HiTech Solutions Unit. He also coaches staff in improvement methodologies and has executed multiple Improvement initiatives.
