Pedro Castro Henriques is CEO and Senior Consultant at StrongStep. He has strong experience in process improvement, and in the implementation and certification in quality in software development (CMMI, ASPICE, ISO, AGILE, SCRUM, TSP/PSP, GDPR, DPO). Pedro is a consultant in software engineering, and has worked in several European countries in process, tools and organization improvement – more than 20 years of experience, including consultancy in telecom and information system strategic planning in the health sector. He also has experience with agile projects.
