Conference Track: CMMI: One Size DOES Fit All
CMMI provides insight into product development best practices. Agile Scrum provides flexibility, adaptability, and high productivity. With software development becoming more complex over time, it seems logical that companies want to implement Scrum and CMMI together to achieve the most benefits in the shortest amount of time. When tasked with this merged implementation, how do you know you’re headed for success? Do you know if you are on track or about to run off the rails? What measures, signs, and results should you be looking for to steer your implementation and gauge your success? We’ve been there and done that and will share our knowledge and expertise in this session so that you too can achieve success.
