About
As Baxter’s Quality Strategist, Sara Sulfridge does more than write goals and plans. With over 20 years of experience leading remediation programs and process redesign efforts, her passion lies in helping others fix what’s broken and improve what’s not. Sara has acquired a particular set of skills over the years that has forged her into an aggressive, free-range problem solver. Labeled as the ‘fixer’, she often moves towards the problems from which others run.
Sara’s professional experience spans across industries, including technology, outsourcing, education, and healthcare. This diverse background has been a “proving ground” of sorts, with opportunities ranging from single-site system installation to global solutions addressing systemic issues that have plagued business leaders for years.
Sara continues to wear many hats, including strategist, program manager, process engineer, culture change leader, organizational communicator, and, her favorite, meeting facilitator. Working across the broader organization as an unbiased facilitator allows Sara to bring disparate individuals and groups together so that they can make swift decisions and drive timely results in even the stickiest of situations.
