In this presentation, Laura identifies challenges from working with companies that have transitioned from Waterfall to Agile. Many groups ended up running projects with both waterfall and agile expectations which led to struggling to improve requirements churn, meet schedule and budget, and perform the work they did every day. Companies that are transitioning to Agile, will learn from pitfalls to avoid when moving from Waterfall to Agile, and understand the framework necessary to transform without disrupting the business.
