About

Heather Reis has an accomplished background in relationship management, process improvement frameworks, operations, professional  and auditing services. Heather is the EVP of Operations for Integration Technologies Group (ITG). She is responsible for all operational functions, overseeing the strategic implementation of organizational goals, and has managed a team of senior consultants that provide subject matter expertise for 250+ projects related to quality, development, services, and information security frameworks for implementing process improvement initiatives. Additionally, Heather is responsible for overseeing ITG’s internal quality and process improvement initiatives.
