About
Kileen Harrison is a Senior Engineer of CMMI Products and Services with ISACA. She has an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and over 25 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, Kileen has played key roles, led initiatives, and set strategic direction for the development, documentation, maintenance, and deployment of process, to enable projects and organizations to achieve their process improvement goals, including SW-CMM, CMMI Maturity Level 3, CMMI Maturity Level 5. Her experience includes working with both internal and external clients, primarily in the defense, medical, and telecommunications industries. She is a certified Lead Appraiser and CMMI instructor. She is a trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL Foundation Certified and a Certified ScrumMaster.
