Michele Lamptey Uhrich has over 20 years’ experience planning, implementing and directing organizational level process improvement projects to support successful program execution and deliver business results. She has extensive experience with CMMI and other process improvement methodologies, and has been appraising, consulting and mentoring large and small organizations in the defense, civilian government, and commercial industries for over 12 years. She is a CMMI Lead Appraiser, a PMP and ITIL certified Project Manager and a trained Six Sigma Black Belt. She is a Senior CMMI Practitioner with Booz Allen Hamilton’s Corporate Quality Office.
