Sara Deaton is the VP of Quality Assurance at Cummings Aerospace. Her career has spanned software development, systems engineering, program management, quality engineering, and mission assurance. Sara is passionate about ensuring business improvements really do provide direct benefits. She has a BS degree in Applied Mathematics, an MS degree in Systems Engineering (Operations Research) and certifications as an ASQ Software Quality Engineer, ASQ Process Analyst, CMMI Professional, CMMI Instructor, and Certified Scrum Master. She enjoys helping others be successful by sharing proven approaches to solve complex problems.
