Concept Quality Assurance Labs Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad, India. Mr. Tumu has 25 years in Software & Systems design, development, Process Consulting, trainings, and appraisal services. As a Consultant, Trainer, and Lead assessor in the areas of ISO, SW CMM, CMMI, Six Sigma, and Software and System engineering disciplines, Mr. Tumu has experience in the areas of Service Delivery and Management, Capacity and Availability management, Service Continuity Planning, and Incidence Resolution and Prevention. Mr. Tumu has completed over 100 SCAMPI A appraisals and taught Introduction to CMMI training several times.
