Jaideep Devare is the Founding Member & Managing Director of Mahindra Insurance Brokers Ltd. (MIBL), which is part of the USD $17.8 billion Mahindra Group, a global federation of companies. Formed in 2004, MIBL provides insurance solutions to individuals and institutions, and reinsurance solutions to insurance companies. Jaideep has 27 years of experience spanning diverse businesses, including automotive and infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Production Engineering, a Masters in Management Studies with specialization in Finance, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Management with a thesis on strategies for success in Indian private sector insurance Joint Ventures.

We accomplished our PCMM ML5 journey in 2018 and thus became the first company in BFSI sector to achieve this global benchmark. Adopting high maturity level processes was an effort to transform the company into an efficient growth engine, building the capacity of wading the dynamic market environment. We took focused interventions, aligned with PCMM principles to overcome various business challenges in ever changing business landscape. It came with immense business benefits and organizational process excellence. It resulted in improved Employee Engagement index. Transparent reward system and collaborative culture has improved the trust levels between employees and management. Learning Objective: 1. Business Unit Restructuring to strengthen business proposition and product distribution. 2. Channelizing cross functional talent for successful implementation of High Impact strategic projects 3. Mentoring process led to enhanced competency levels for critical talents
