Using Agile methods has become the de facto standard for every software delivering organization. In these methods, teams get to choose the ones that better fit with their delivery's objectives, and currently there is a lot buzz around using DevOps. But by using it, what challenges does we need to be aware of while also using CMMI as an organizational framework towards performance? Things like making collaboration work for every team while also fostering accountability; making sound code reviews work with good-enough design. All these are aspects that I will present and discuss in the presentation, based on experience from real world projects.
