Nuno Seixas, is a subject matter expert in Performance Improvement for software development teams, with more than 10 years of experience leading projects and programmes in this domain, for organizations of all sizes. Graduated from Carnegie Mellon University professional Master on Software Engineering. With a broad experience in software development, took roles from software engineer to business analyst and project manager.
Lead multi-year, multi-million euros programmes for integration in large organizations where commercial tools were to be integrated into a specific organizational process.
Incorporates several domain specific references, such as CMMI, SCRUM, PMBoK and ITIL.

Conference Track: Methodology Integration
Using Agile methods has become the de facto standard for every software delivering organization. In these methods, teams get to choose the ones that better fit with their delivery's objectives, and currently there is a lot buzz around using DevOps. But by using it, what challenges does we need to be aware of while also using CMMI as an organizational framework towards performance?
Things like making collaboration work for every team while also fostering accountability; making sound code reviews work with good-enough design. All these are aspects that I will present and discuss in the presentation, based on experience from real world projects.
