IBM has successfully achieved its Enterprise CMMI Maturity Level 5 Accreditation using CMMI Dev V2.0 We would like to share our approach of using CMMI V2.0 High Maturity practices to improve Quality and Throughput for Agile Projects. We have blended CMMI Practices, Lean and Kanban, Predictive analytics and Cognitive tools to address delivery challenges and increase client satisfaction. The case study shows how a preventive strategy was developed to achieve the defined goals. An experience sharing session by CMMI HM SME and Agile SME.
